- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements during night shift operations
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks for after-hours positions
- Coordinate emergency staffing deployments for critical client needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Monitor staffing KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's night shift industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Professional certification in staffing (CPSR) preferred
