Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across multiple industries
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and match ideal talent
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through consistent communication
- Utilize our proprietary staffing platform to track placements and optimize match efficiency
- Conduct weekend site visits to ensure client satisfaction and candidate performance
- Generate weekly performance reports and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, sales, or recruitment environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
