Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing placements for 15+ industrial and healthcare clients
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments using ATS platforms during peak hours
- Conduct virtual interviews and onboarding for night shift candidates
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with 15-minute response times
- Generate daily performance reports for key stakeholders
- Foster relationships with night shift supervisors across partner facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift emphasis
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and scheduling tools
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure situations
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Wichita's industrial corridor geography
