- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement documentation
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless candidate handoffs
- Stay updated on local labor market trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client visits
