Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing assignments for 15+ healthcare and industrial clients
- Screen and deploy qualified candidates for night shift positions within 2-hour response windows
- Maintain 24/7 communication with on-site supervisors and candidates
- Optimize staffing schedules using our proprietary AI-powered platform
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps through rapid mobilization protocols
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with night shift staff
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or workforce management, including night shift experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement (100+ placements/month)
- Advanced knowledge of Washington State labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional crisis management skills for staffing emergencies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Washington State staffing agency license
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
