Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or HR with daily-pay experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in Las Vegas hospitality/logistics
- Expert knowledge of Nevada labor laws and payroll compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency required
