Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for overnight shift positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews during night hours to ensure optimal fit for client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers through consistent night-time communication
- Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless candidate handoffs and interview scheduling
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools for specialized night shift roles
- Develop creative recruitment strategies tailored to passive candidates working non-traditional schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience with proven success in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates effectively during night hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's job market and local talent landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
