Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Manage real-time workforce scheduling and dispatch during night hours
- Process payroll documentation and compliance for night shift personnel
- Act as primary point of contact for night shift employees and client managers
- Monitor staffing KPIs and optimize shift coverage to minimize overtime
- Resolve urgent staffing issues within 24-hour operational windows
- Maintain digital records of staff performance and client feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, logistics, or healthcare coordination
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure overnight operations
- Strong proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with rotating weekends
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
