Responsibilities
- Screen and place qualified candidates in overnight positions across manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for night shift roles
- Build and maintain relationships with 24/7 operations managers at client facilities across metro Detroit
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night hours to accommodate candidate schedules
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows for overnight staffing needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill night shift positions in specialized industries
- Provide career coaching to candidates seeking stable overnight employment opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven night shift placement record
- Deep understanding of Detroit's industrial landscape and overnight employment market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct professional interviews during night hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social media sourcing
- Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation for client site visits
- Ability to thrive in autonomous night shift environment with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs in high-volume recruitment settings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
