Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens
- Manage urgent staffing needs for hospitals, warehouses, and call centers
- Conduct virtual interviews during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate onboarding for international candidates in time-sensitive roles
- Maintain ATS database with real-time availability updates
- Collaborate with day-shift recruiters for seamless handoffs
- Analyze shift-specific labor market trends weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven night shift work history or availability
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- NYC industry network in healthcare or logistics preferred
- Exceptional communication across time zones
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Spanish bilingual certification a major plus
- Valid NYS driver's license for candidate transport
