Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight shifts in logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system during night hours
- Conduct client consultations to staffing requirements and develop customized placement strategies
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires working overnight assignments
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute placement requests with urgency
- Analyze staffing trends and provide data-driven insights to improve overnight operations
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and candidates in the Fort Worth area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in overnight environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities for high-pressure staffing scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client/candidate meetings
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with healthcare, logistics, or industrial staffing highly valued
