Responsibilities
- Recruit and place qualified candidates into daily pay positions across Charlotte's logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Execute targeted recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking
- Track key performance metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless daily pay processing
- Contribute to agency growth through client acquisition and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven success placing candidates in daily pay or temp-to-perm roles
- Strong understanding of Charlotte's local job market dynamics
- Expertise in sourcing candidates across multiple industries (healthcare, logistics, manufacturing)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
