Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across various industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening hours
- Manage applicant tracking system and candidate pipeline
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Provide exceptional service to candidates and clients alike
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years recruitment/staffing experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
