Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overnight positions via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours
- Build and maintain relationships with Las Vegas-based employers in target industries
- Manage applicant tracking system with 100% data accuracy
- Coordinate same-day job placements for urgent staffing needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill night shift roles
- Track KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruiting/staffing experience
- Proven success in high-volume placement environments
- Exceptional communication skills for nocturnal candidate engagement
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong time management for balancing multiple urgent requests
- Knowledge of Las Vegas employment landscape preferred
