Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight shifts across Houston's critical industries
- Manage staffing agency operations during peak nighttime hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate onboarding and placement of temporary/contract workers
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with client managers to resolve staffing emergencies
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments for night shift roles
- Monitor KPIs including fill rates and candidate retention metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Valid Texas staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of Houston's industrial and healthcare sectors preferred
