Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for overnight assignments including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with high-priority clients in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Optimize staffing schedules using advanced ATS systems to ensure 100% shift coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates during non-traditional hours
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with quick decision-making and resource allocation
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for premium night-shift opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment with proven night shift experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during late hours
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated crisis management skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
