Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 50+ client partners across Memphis metro area
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in night shift roles within 24-hour response window
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments for last-minute shift coverage
- Conduct quality assurance checks with clients and candidates post-placement
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific night work regulations
- Utilize ATS software to track candidate availability and job requisitions
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Memphis's night shift labor market dynamics
- Exceptional multitasking skills with high-volume coordination experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to remain alert and make critical decisions during overnight shifts
- BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
