Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in daily-pay temporary roles across SF's tech, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Manage client relationships with 15+ Bay Area businesses seeking flexible staffing solutions
- Execute same-day payroll coordination for placed workers using our proprietary payment platform
- Develop recruitment strategies targeting high-demand skills in SF's thriving gig economy
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid issue resolution
- Analyze market trends to optimize placement rates and client retention
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure all placements adhere to CA labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with proven daily-pay or temp-hiring focus
- Expertise in SF Bay Area labor market dynamics and high-demand skill sets
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of closing high-volume placements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and payroll platforms
- CA staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing recruitment KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
