Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for daily-pay temporary positions across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and placement requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding, ensuring same-day payment processing
- Utilize our proprietary daily pay system to facilitate seamless candidate compensation
- Analyze market trends to identify high-demand skills and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure all placements meet labor regulations and client requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with focus on temporary/contract placements
- Proven track record in high-volume same-day hiring environments
- Expertise in NYC job market with strong network of finance, healthcare, and tech professionals
- Familiarity with daily pay systems and workforce management platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with daily performance targets
- Valid NYS Staffing Agency License (or ability to obtain immediately)
