Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and job specifications
- Match candidates with temporary/permanent positions across Columbus industries
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Facilitate same-time payroll processing for daily pay assignments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for client meetings
- Proven track record in meeting recruitment KPIs
- Experience with daily payroll processing systems preferred
