Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and reference checks for potential placements
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth client integration
- Manage candidate databases using ATS systems
- Track placement metrics and report weekly performance
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
