Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for client positions.
- Conduct initial candidate phone screens and schedule interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activities.
Qualifications
