Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying top talent to closing placements. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and with candidates to find their perfect match.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary and direct-hire roles.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Consult with candidates regarding career goals, salary negotiation, and market positioning.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement quotas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
