Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards and databases
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings and employer relationship management
- Participate in recruitment events and networking initiatives
- Support team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for occasional client visits
