Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system and ensure timely communication
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide post-interview feedback to all parties
- Support marketing initiatives to attract diverse talent pools
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
