Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, scheduling, and client communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
