Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients across energy, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles (IT, Engineering, Data Science)
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position candidates competitively
- Maintain 95% compliance with EEOC regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in Houston market
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Houston's energy/tech talent landscape
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
