Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for part-time positions across diverse industries
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS platforms and recruitment tools to track candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with the staffing team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience (part-time or full-time)
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-centric approach
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
