Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving talent requirements
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in volume hiring
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret talent market trends and data
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
