Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates in the Tampa and broader Florida markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline efficiently within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and talent trends within the technology sector.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at career fairs and industry networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, etc.).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and CRM tools.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Tampa, FL office (Hybrid model available).
