Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from identifying talent to extending offers and closing placements for our San Diego-based clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring timelines.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with salary benchmarks and market trends in San Diego’s competitive tech landscape.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead salary and package negotiations to ensure successful placement and candidate retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or executive search firm.
- Tech Stack: Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, or Cybersecurity).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- San Diego Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local San Diego job market and network.
- Drive: High level of motivation, self-starting ability, and a track record of meeting monthly sales targets.
