Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
