Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for high-demand roles across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Ohio-based client companies
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with 95% data accuracy
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive salary benchmarking for clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement and conversion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or healthcare recruitment experience in Ohio market
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually with 90% retention rate
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Ohio's labor market dynamics and talent pipelines
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for contract-to-hire placements
- Ability to travel to client sites across Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
