- Source and engage qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from screening to placement negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to understand talent needs
- Utilize ATS platforms and innovative sourcing techniques to build robust candidate pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics for performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Professional certification (CPC, CSP) or bachelor's degree preferred
