Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key hiring managers at partner companies
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide strategic recruitment guidance
- Utilize ATS platforms to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/software roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing methodologies and Boolean search techniques
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.) and hiring requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Proven success in closing high-demand candidates in competitive markets
- Proficiency in recruitment software (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
