Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Bay Area talent landscape and compliance requirements
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
