Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent, contract, and temporary placements
- Develop deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews and pipeline strategy sessions
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for high-demand roles in PA's emerging tech corridor
- Maintain 95% candidate placement success rate through rigorous vetting and cultural alignment
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
- Mentor junior recruiters on our proprietary talent mapping methodology
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with PA market expertise
- Proven track record placing technical professionals (engineers, developers, data scientists)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday) and data-driven reporting skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with willingness for 25% local client travel

- Portfolio demonstrating successful $500K+ annual placements
