Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social platforms to build robust talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position candidates competitively
- Contribute to agency growth through client development and retention strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Milwaukee's job market
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
