Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with local businesses to understand their specific hiring needs and culture.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet placement targets, revenue goals, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate data, and generate reports.
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sales.
- Proven ability to cold call, network, and generate new business leads independently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
