Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and contract workers, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
- Schedule interviews and placements for candidates with our client base, coordinating calendars and facilitating communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and match them to open roles.
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate placements.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a positive attitude.
