Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and contract workers, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Schedule interviews and placements for candidates with our client base, coordinating calendars and facilitating communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
