Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of candidate onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs and provide status updates.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, networking).
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
