- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to build talent pipelines and track candidate progress.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Process payroll and time tracking for temporary staff members.

- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
