Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active job orders, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and match candidates to roles
- Execute our proprietary weekly payroll process for temporary placements
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Utilize our ATS to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct weekly check-ins with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of North Carolina employment regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll processing systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client visits
