As a Weekend Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our clients and the talented professionals we place. You will ensure that weekend shifts are filled with qualified candidates, maintain smooth operations, and provide exceptional service to our partners in the Long Beach area.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for weekend temporary and contract positions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs and with candidates regarding availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and availability.
- Collaborate with the permanent placement team to identify cross-training opportunities.
- Handle administrative duties including timesheet verification and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
