Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Screen and interview candidates via in-person and virtual platforms
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork
- Build relationships with client partners to understand weekend operational needs
- Manage onboarding for weekend temporary staff
- Resolve staffing issues and provide real-time support to clients
- Track performance metrics and submit weekly reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong communication skills with multi-cultural awareness
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
- Experience with high-volume weekend staffing environments
