Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews to identify top talent for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate databases using our recruitment management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external clients.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our agency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced office.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable transportation to meet with clients and candidates.
