Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications.
- Manage candidate data and job orders in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate the interview schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels including social media and networking.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
