Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Source and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demands.
- Interview candidates, screen resumes, and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and refine placement strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure candidate satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the Tucson area.
