Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to fill urgent requisitions across multiple sectors including IT, Administration, and Finance.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical assessments to ensure top-tier fit.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand evolving staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline progress and generate weekly reporting.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Washington D.C. labor market and government contracting landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
