The Role:
You will be the face of our brand, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into high-demand roles across various industries. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates via phone and email.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends in the Omaha area.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (client travel may be required).
